RHINE & MOSEL CRUISE SPECIAL DESSERTS
Every day on the ship, we got a spectacular dessert with both lunch and dinner. The desserts usually were traditional specialties of the country we were currently in. There were also many other incredible treats scattered throughout the days.
Day 2 - First evening on the ship in Basel (Switzerland)

Vanilla and chocolate chips cake with fruit and chocolate ice cream
Homemade praline filled with fine dark chocolate mousse and pistachio marzipan
Day 7 - In Boppard (Germany)

Apfelstrudel (original Austrian apple strudel served with vanilla sauce and vanilla ice cream)
Regenburger biscuit (with cranberry parfait and plum compote)
Day 8 - Cruise on the Mosel

Himbeer-Cremeschnite (raspberry and Wurzburger wine cream pie with ice cream and fruit)
Tiramisu (with Amaretto vanilla sauce and cinnamon pastry stick)
Day 9 - In Trier (Germany)

Donauwelle (traditional Danube cherry sponge cake topped with vanilla cream and arranged with ice cream)

Panna Cotta (Italian vanilla cream with rhubarb compote and whipped cream)
Sacher Torte (Austrian chocolate cake served with ice cream and whipped cream)

Ice Cup Cassis (Stracciatella ice cream with white wine and cassis soaked pear and Chantilly cream)
Ice Praline Leonidas Style (with fresh waffle and strawberry compote)
Day 12 - In Bonn (Germany)
